Chef-Rangecookers Returns Policy for UK orders and deliveries
Please Note: All returns require a returns reference number, please contact us for a returns reference number before making a return. Returns of any type will not be accepted without a Returns Reference number.
Cancel Orders
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you placed the order or received the goods if both dates are the same. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us or the manufacturer the goods must be returned at your cost. where the goods are not normal stock and are made to order (As stated on invoice) for these items a 20% handling charge will be made If they are not returned we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. A returns address will be issued with your Returns Reference number.
Please ensure the product has not been used, is returned undamaged in the original packaging with any accessories and any supplied free gifts.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or items are missing?
On receipt of your goods please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. Dependant on the type of damage or missing item/s we will offer either a repair or replacement parts.

What do I do if I discover my goods are faulty within 12 months of receipt?
If your goods develop a fault after correct installation we will arrange repair /replacement under the Manufacturers warranty Export Orders (outside uk mainland)are treated as made to order replacement parts will be made available where possible free of charge.
